The building then takes the form of an immense tower, composed of 4 beams separated at the base, then meeting at the top. High of more than 300 meters , this new construction connects each of its pylons by metal beams, and fortifies the whole by different floors. In total, more than 18,000 parts and 2,500,000 rivets were needed, all being manufactured in a factory in Levallois-Perret. More than 300 workers will be requisitioned to build this emblematic tower .
