Finally, these two restaurants merge, to become the vast brasserie that we know today: the Madame Brasserie (which was first called “Altitude 95”, then “58 Tour Eiffel”).
At the level of the 2nd floor, it will be necessary to wait until 1983 to see the mythical starred restaurant, the Jules Verne, settle . Access is then offered to customers by a private elevator located on the south pillar.
