However, many spots are perfect for running, getting some fresh air and changing your mind. You don’t know where run in Paris 7 ? Discover the route we have imagined for you.

Starting point for running in Paris 7: the Champ-de-Mars

To start your run to the heart of 7th district of Paris, Meet at Champ de Mars Park, just a few minutes walk from the Hotel du Cadran. This green space is often a place of relaxation for many Parisians and tourists, but its 24.5 hectares are also the ideal terrain for the practice of sport. For a quiet little loop, the tour of the Champ-de-Mars is 2 to 3 km.

And if you are in Paris for a short time, why not take advantage of your run to discover the beauty of one of the most beautiful green spaces in the capital? Run along the perpendicular paths of the park, and admire the bronze statues, the rare trees and the animals that hide there. All of this, of course, with a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower!

Finish your run in the Tuileries Gardens

After crossing the Seine via the Alexandre III bridge, the Concorde bridge or the Léopold Sédar-Senghor footbridge (pedestrian), go to the Tuileries garden. This tree-lined garden with wide paths is one of the best places to run in Paris. You can then end your sports session in this very pleasant space, between the Louvre museum and the Concorde obelisk.

The spaces are more than enough to run quietly on an ideal route made of long straight lines, and you can even stop for a few moments to do some stretching or strength exercises, or simply to relax after a good workout.
